This research investigated how religiosity, workplace trust, and work stress affect job satisfaction among healthcare workers in private hospitals in Iraqi Kurdistan/Sulaymaniyah. All 107 data were collected through survey questionnaires and analyzed using structural equation modeling, and one survey found that workplace confidence significantly improved job satisfaction, while greatly reducing work stress. What's interesting is that religion has not directly affected satisfaction at work. These results highlight the importance of building trust and reducing stress in healthcare settings to promote employee satisfaction- which is crucial for delivering quality patient care. The research suggests that healthcare organizations should focus on educating trust through open communication, fair treatment, and teamwork, and offer comprehensive stress management programs and leadership training that emphasize ethical decision-making and empathy.
