This study investigates the impact of knowledge sharing, incentive systems, and digitalization on organizational performance among companies in Sulaymaniyah, located in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. The primary objective is to determine whether these three factors significantly influence company performance. To achieve this, a quantitative research approach was adopted. Primary data were collected through a structured survey questionnaire distributed to employees across several private sector companies, including Asiacell, IQ Online, Akat Company, and others. The results of the analysis reveal that all three independent variables—knowledge sharing, incentive systems, and digitalization—have a statistically significant positive impact on organizational performance. Among them, digitalization demonstrated the strongest effect, followed by incentive systems and then knowledge sharing. These findings suggest that companies in Sulaymaniyah are actively leveraging digital technologies to enhance performance and should continue to invest in digital infrastructure and employee digital competencies.
